Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Doti, an Israeli startup specializing in agentic enterprise search. Once completed, the acquisition will bring Doti’s team into Salesforce’s AI R&D hub in Israel, accelerating the development of a unified and intelligent search layer across the platform.

According to Salesforce, Doti’s technology will enhance the company’s enterprise search foundation and enable deeper collaboration between humans and AI agents through Slack, which will serve as the conversational interface for surfacing data, insights, and actions from across the organization.

Denise Dresser, CEO of Slack, said that Doti’s expertise “fast-tracks our vision to reinvent enterprise search across Salesforce”
Matan Cohen, Co-Founder and CEO of Doti, added that joining Salesforce “gives us the global scale and resources to realize this vision faster”.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
